Since 1988, D. Scott Crofut has dedicated his career to helping people hear and communicate more effectively. As a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist, Scott combines decades of experience with ongoing education in the latest hearing aid technology. He takes the time to understand each patient’s individual hearing needs and believes that exceptional hearing care is about more than technology—it’s about personal service, trust and long-term support. As Scott likes to say, “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”
Sheree Koons — Patient Services, Big Bear Lake
Sheree has years of experience helping people and takes pride in providing friendly, personalized service throughout each patient’s hearing care experience. She assists with insurance questions, appointments, routine maintenance and in-office hearing aid services.
Kelly Berry — Patient Services, Palm Desert
Kelly specializes in patient care, insurance, billing, appeals, referrals and authorizations. She also assists patients with questions about their hearing loss, hearing aids and hearing healthcare.
